If you want to find RIAA and Entertainment violators just go to craigslist.org on any of thier Rant-n-Rave Boards. Phoenix is a major violator. People there are always posting pics of Hollywood Celebs, Google YouTube Links, words to songs, pictures of Entertainers, Copyrighted Ads, etc.
CL is aware of this and does nothing. In fact they promote it by allowing pictures of any type or subject to be uploaded without prior review by them.
