EFF Sues USTR Over ACTA and FOIA
The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) and Public Knowledge filed suit September 18 against the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) asserting that the USTR had failed to comply with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) by withholding information regarding the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA).
