Trademark Selection and Protection Basics

"Too often, businesses, neglect the importance of selecting and protecting 'strong' names to identify their products and services.  Not only can this oversight result in consumer confusion and lost business, but a valuable monetary asset might be lost as well."  So writes my partner, Michael Chesal, in the attached article designed to assist businesses in selecting strong trademarks for their goods and services.  I recommend Michael's article to anyone in the process of selecting and adopting a new trademark.
